Conscious Creation works with you in a constructive and result-oriented way on solutions. CC provides the (minimum) required structure where necessary and with utmost focus on the relationship and talent of those involved. No large reports, but practical, short documents that provides framework and direction.

Organizational development is a ‘process of discovery’. Starting point is clarity about the desired goals. Every path towards the goal requires attunement to current developments. CC is the specialist in designing and facilitating this result oriented process.

CC works on the basis of mutual trust. This is reflected in the ‘1 A4 Contract’ that is drawn up at the start of the assignment. The contract can be terminated at any point if the added value for either party is insufficient.

FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR OF CONSCIOUS CREATION

Frank Pronk (1964) is a well-versed organizational developer and process facilitator of radical changes in organizations. Born into a family of entrepreneurs, he started out in retail as an independent entrepreneur at a young age. Later he discovered that he wanted to contribute to the world in a different way. After studying HBO Personnel and Labor, he worked as a HR manager for a number of years. During this time, he developed the desire to facilitate meaningful changes within organizations. He decided to follow the International Executive MBA/MBI at Erasmus University/Rotterdam School of Management. After this he worked for 10 years as a partner at Kern Konsult, an agency for organizational development, in various roles at various organizations at home and abroad. He was CEO of a globally active certification organization for sustainable consumer goods. He utilizes all these experiences in his work at Conscious Creation, in various roles. Entrepreneur, advisor, business expert, process facilitator and counselor to name a few of the roles that he fulfils and alternates between in his working life, depending on the context and demand. Always focused on the purposeful growth of people and organizations. He works primarily from his heart, is a connector with a keen eye for processes and results.
